Proposal Request

If you are interested in obtaining a proposal for our valuation services please send us an email with the following information:

• Complete name of the Company.
• A brief description of the Company.
• Date the Company is to be valued as of (e.g. date of gift, date of death, etc.)
• The equity interest to be valued (e.g. 100% of the Company’s equity, 25% of the common stock, 50% of the preferred stock, etc.)
• The reason for the valuation (e.g. estate planning, potential sale, ESOP formation, etc.)
• Complete name, address and telephone number of the individual requesting the proposal.
• The required date of completion (if any).

We will provide a proposal that will define the scope of our valuation services, discuss the expected timeframe to completion, and provide an estimate of fees to complete the engagement. Your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party.
